Arrests

Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card (2 counts) — Wanda Faye Stevenson, 49, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Menacing, criminal mischief — Jayce Arren Chambers, 24, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. at St. Joseph Drive.

Domestic violence, reckless endangerment — Steven Dwight Drew, 33, of Cullman arrested on County Road 770.

Forfeiture-driving without first obtaining a license — Rosanna Marie Adams, 24, of Somerville at the Cullman/Morgan counties line.

Theft of property — Patricia Dawn McClure, 18, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

Theft of property — Toni Marie Trammell, 18, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

Unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jeffery George Bates, 43, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 278 E at the boat ramp.

Forfeiture-theft of property — Steven Jonathan Ray Kreps, 19, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

Forfeitures-DUI, unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage, insurance violation, driving while license revoked — Glenn Wilson Stephens, 40, of Cullman  arrested on Highway 31 N.

Forfeiture-DUI — José Cabanas Santiago, 36, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman/Morgan counties line.

DUI — Brandon Adam Hamm, 27, of Cullman arrested on Logan St. at Main Ave. SW.

Failure to appear-insurance violation — Brittney Nicole Wyatt, 23, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Sandra Knight Goodwin, 46, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.

DUI — Chad Lee Gorham, 45, of Cullman arrested on 2nd Ave. SW at 9th St.

Incidents

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 3rd St. SE, Berreta 12-gauge shotgun-$500.

Harassing communications — Lee Circle SW.

Leaving the scene of an accident — Main Ave. SW, 2003 Chevrolet Cavalier-$1,000.

Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, store merchandise-$8, arrest made.

Unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — State of Alabama, methamphetamine, marijuana cigarettes, glass smoking pipe, rolling papers-$144, arrest made.

Robbery — Olive St. SW, U.S. currency, cigarettes, Kobalt razor knife-$62.

Burglary, theft of property — Calley’s Jet Pep, 4th St. SW, front door damaged, 200 cartons of cigarettes stolen-$10,500.

Burglary — Whoopsie Daisy, 1st Ave. NE, exterior door damaged-$150.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Crestview Dr. SW, sunglasses-$10.

Criminal mischief — Cherokee Ave. SW, 2006 Ford Taurus-$200.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Oak Dr. NE, U.S. currency-$65.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Manor Dr. NE, WSCC textbooks, dufflebag, CDs, cell phone and charger, radio antenna, damage to vehicle-$3,825.

Public intoxication, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. NW, hypodermic syringes, white powder substance-$3, arrest was made.

Assault — Hickory Ave. SW.

Harassing communications — Highway 157 NW.

Unlawful possession of marijuana, minor in consumption of alcohol — Helen Marie Matsumoto, 18, arrested in Cullman.

Unlawful possession of prescription medications, Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Cara Morgan Waldrop, 26, arrested in Bremen.
