CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

Unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Kenneth Eugene Cordes, 52, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failures to appear-expired tag, insurance violation — David Thomas Mayhall, 40, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication, failure to appear-public intoxication — Jason Keith Morris, 33, of Hanceville arrested on Sportsmas Lake Road at Highway 31.

Failure to appear-obstructing court order — Codey Delane Williams, 22, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Violation of protection order — Charles Marcus Branch, 23, of Cullman arrested on Laurel Lane SW.

Violation of protection order — Danielle Nichole Quick, 23, of Cullman arrested on Laurel Lane SW.

Incidents

Public intoxication — City of Cullman, Sportsman Lake Road at Highway 31, arrest made.

Theft of property — Cherokee Texaco, Cherokee Ave. SW, flashlight-$20.

Theft of property, fraudulent use of credit card — Olive St. SW, black wallet w/contents, credit card used-$2,811.

Violation of protection order — City of Cullman, Laurel Lane SW, arrest made.



Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for Tuesday:

Arrests

Unlawful possession of prescription medication — Marissa Thomas arrested on County Road 1545.

Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Michael Gomer arrested on County Road 1545.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance-meth, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Shane Kelley arrested on County Road 1545.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Joseph Jackson arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Resisting arrest, disorderly conduct-disturbing the peace — Ronald Edge.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance-meth — Jeremy Jackson arrested on County Road 222.

Unlawful possession of drugs — Ciara Gilland arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Shawn Sizemore arrested on Beech Ave.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Ashley Peterson arrested on County Road 1643.

Non criminal incident — Dennis Bailey arrested on County Road 1807.

Harassment-simple assault, attempt to elude law enforcement — Joseph Stanley arrested on County Road 38.

Incidents

Domestic violence — County Road 1718.

Criminal mischief — County Road 698.

Criminal mischief — County Road 122.

Theft of property — Highway 31.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — County Road 1545.
