Harassing communications — Madison Ave. NW.

Vehicle accident — Convent Road NE, 2002 Jeep Liberty, 2008 Honda Civic.

Theft of property — Fabre Painting, Highway 31 N, signs.

Possession of drugs (2 counts) — Danny Swann arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Bail jumping, failure to appear/pay/comply — Christi Ellis.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Alexander Thomas arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply (2 counts) — Dennis Malone arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Bail jumping — David Underwood.

Failure to appear/pay/comply; domestic incident — Justin Pope arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Probation violation — Presston West arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument; failure to appear/pay/comply (3 counts) — Jennifer Foshee arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Clifford Ellis arrested on County Road 1467.

Incidents

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 1527.

Harassment — County Road 1269.

Criminal trespassing — County Road 362.

Allowing dogs to run at large — County Road 1295.

Assault — County Road 1269.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 1034.

Fraudulent use of a credit card — 2nd Ave. NW.

Theft of property — County Road 1555.

Theft of property — Cullman County.

Theft of property — County Road 1282.

Domestic violence-harassment — County Road 656.

Burglary — Super Saver Road.
