Arrests

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana — Elizabeth M. Allred, 37, of Cullman arrested on County Road 1301.

• Public intoxication, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Joshua Dewayne Johnson, 22, of Altoona arrested on County Road 1301.

• Failure to appear-theft of property — Derek Landon Hayes, 30, of Arab arrested on Highway 69 at Highway 67.

• Failure to appear-criminal trespassing — Nathaniel Scott Thompson, 23, of Holly Pond arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Andrew Brock Richter, 35, of Cullman.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jacob Ellison Whittle, 29, of Cullman.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Scott Albert Kaucher, 51, of Cullman arrested on Convent Road NE.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — John Kelvin Self, 54, of Cullman arrested on Dripping Springs Road.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Stephanie Renae Williams, 35, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of marijuana — State of Alabama, County Road 1301, paraphernalia, marijuana, pill bottle-$42, arrest made.

• Burglary — Apex Tool Group, 2nd Ave. SW.

• Public intoxication — Joseph Johnny Beckman, 34, arrested on County Road 340.

• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle (3 counts) — Nickolas Adam Eipp, 20, arersted on Beech Ave. SE.

• Illegal possession of alcohol — Ronald Keith Graham, 41, arrested on County Road 1488.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (4 counts) — Elizabeth Lowery, 30, arrested on County Road 755.

• Domestic violence (2 counts) — Ronda Butts Persall, 48, arrested on County Road 1107.

• Driving without a license, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, switched tag — Charles Edward Clements, 41, arrested on I-65 NB at 304 mile marker.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-driving while license suspended, probation violation-theft of property — Matthew Fisher, 39, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• DUI — Anthony Lewis Milligan, 38, arersted on County Road 703 at County Road 733.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle (2 counts) — Delver Auburn Nethery, 24, arrested on Ave. A SE.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-receiving stolen property — Gerry Wayne Ray, 53, arrested at the Stuckey’s stop on Highway 31.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-theft by fraudulent leasing — Melissa Kaye Williams, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Domestic violence — Crystal Reshay Bowden, 29, arrested on County Road 1114.

• Domestic violence — Marcus Ryan Goss, 21, arrested on Highway 69 S.

• Non support — Alton Shane Hale, 29, arrested at 278 Rock.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-liability insurance required — Ashley Nicole Loggins, 27, arrested on County Road 702.

• Domestic violence — Sherrie McMurry Miller, 48, arrested on County Road 1202.

• Attempting to elude, domestic violence, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to appear/pay/comply-public intoxication — Ethan Brant Parris, 20, arrested on County Road 607.

• Domestic violence, promoting prison contraband — Alexis Ann Stricklin, 29, first charge arrested on Eva Road at Highway 157 and the latter charge arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Bail jumping, theft by fraud — Melissa Kaye Williams, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Burglary — Swafford Road SW, JVC video camera, Sony DVD player, Panasonic DVD player-$450.

• Theft of property — Tobacco Country, 4th St. SW, check-$44.

• Theft of lost property — Highway 157, U.S. currency-$110.

• Harassment — Chestnut Ave. NE.

• Assault — Ridge St. NW.

• Harassment — Olive St. SW.

• Illegal possession/fraudulent use of credit/debit card — Olive St. SW, various merchandise-$287.

• Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Olive St. SW, white Ford F-150-$100.

• Theft of property — Food World, Cullman Shopping Center, Mr. Pibb Max-$2, arrest made.

• Leaving the scene of an accident — Cleveland Ave. SW, white 2001 Volkswagen.

• Theft of property — Loring St. NW, black better built gooseneck trailer-$6,500.

• Domestic disturbance — Highway 157.
