CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Kimberly Darlene Havard, 42, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Criminal trespassing — Heather Elaine Seay, 28, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

Incidents

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 1st St. SW.

Criminal trespassing — Walmart, Olive St. SW, arrest made.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — Ash Ave. NE, 2002 Chevrolet Avalanche-$700.

Theft of property — Radio Shack, Town Square Shopping Center, I-phones stolen-$11,200.

Assault — David Barker, 48, arrested on County Road 992.

Domestic incident (2 counts) — Douglas Schwan, 45, arrested on Highway 157.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Joseph Goodwin, 32, arrested on Highway 31.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Anthony Owens, 50, arrested on County Road 565.

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (2 counts) — Vintrietus Swope, 35, arrested at Stuckey’s.

Failure to appear/pay/comply — Stella Roberson, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.
