CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Monday:

Arrests

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle, theft of property, failure to appear-minor in possession of alcohol — Anthony H. Coots, 20, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Failures to appear-driving while license revoked, insurance violation, expired tag — Byron T. Addison, 39, of Arley arrested on Highway 278 W.

• Giving false information to law enforcement — Joshua A. Haynes, 22, of Cullman arrested on King Edward St. SW.

• Theft of property — Ryann N. Fields, 26, of Victorville, Calif., arrested at the Cullman Shopping Center.

• Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — Bama S. Murphy, 29, of Cullman arrested on Rosemont St. NW at 2nd Ave. NW.

Incidents

• Theft of property — Katie Lane SW, medication.

• Theft of property — Eidson & Associates Inc., Highway 157, 1994 Chevrolet truck-$5,000.

• Burglary — First Baptist Church, 7th St. SW, 2 TV/VCR combos, damage to window-$700.

• Identity theft — 2nd Ave.

• Theft of property — Belk, Books-A-Million, JC Penney, Radio Shack, Rue 21, Cullman Shopping Center-$815, arrest made.

• Theft of property — Walmart, Olive St. SW, miscellaneous grocery items-$300.

Arrests

• Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument; negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts); grand jury-theft of property — Candice Megan Anderson, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Robert Earl Bircheat, 32, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Bail jumping-unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Anthony Hayden Coots, 20, arrested at booking/Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

• Assault (2 counts), domestic violence, resisting arrest (2 counts) — Terry Dewayne Cupp, 43, arrested on County Road 397.

• Domestic violence — Justin Wayne Dingler, 25, arrested on County Road 1607.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Derrick Eugene Harden, 30, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Probation violation-unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Joshua Aaron Haynes, 22, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Daniel Wayne Jones, 31, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Christopher Joe Martin, 37, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Khristi Dawn Nelson, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Justin Kyle Pike, 24, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Failure to appear-domestic violence, negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — John Eugene Rossicoe, 45, arrested on Highway 278 W.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Justin Wayne Ryan, 22, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

• Burglary — Jonathan Wayne Smith, 37, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Bail jumping-unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Jacob Jordane Swann, 19, arrested at the Cullman County Courthouse.

• Drug court sanction-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Jordan Lee Wilson, 30, arrested on 2nd Ave. SW.

Incidents

• Trespassing — County Road 1691.

• Domestic violence — County Road 397.

• Burglary — Highway 91.

• Harassment — County Road 1515.

• Domestic violence — County Road 1223.

• Burglary — Highway 157.

• Unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — County Road 1545.

• Theft of property — Highway 278 E.

• Burglary — County Road 1242.

• Harassment — County Road 1605.
