• Failure to appear-theft of property — Robert Glenn Fornes, 35, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Tammy Wright Garrett, 34, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

• Criminal trespassing — James John Burns, 48, of Cullman arrested on Logan St. SW.

• Failures to appear-driving while license revoked, insurance violation — Tanya Wanette Jacobs, 33, of Athens arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Domestic violence — Tammy McGriff Glasscock, 43, of Cullman arrested at Gold Mark Ct. SW.

• Domestic violence — Larry Wayne Leathers Jr., 45, of Cullman arrested at Gold Mark Ct. SW.

• Criminal trespassing — Cullman Housing Authority, Logan St. SW, arrest made.

• Harassment, criminal mischief — Patriot Way SW, white 1999 Jeep.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Olive St. SW, I-phone 3GS-$635.

• Failure to remit payment for gasoline — J&M Quick Stop, 2nd Ave. NW-$57.

• Domestic violence — Gold Mark Ct. SW.

• Domestic violence — Morgan Ave. NW.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-driving while license revoked — James Douglas Cox, 33, arrested on Highway 31 at Stuckey’s.

• Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — James Michael Criscoe, 25, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Writ of arrest-child support — Anthony Marquel Atkins, 30, arrested on Daniel Road.

• Assault, theft of property — Bobby Joe Henley, 37, arrested on County Road 1490.

• Public intoxication, illegal possession of alcohol — Michael Shane Kilpatrick, 44, arrested on County Road 1291.

• Carrying a pistol without a license, failure to signal turn, illegal possession of alcohol, open container in vehicle — Justin Steven Patterson, 30, arrested on County Road 1132.

• Public intoxication — Justin Chance Roberts, 24, arrested on County Road 1051.

• Public intoxication (2 counts) — Matthew Thomas Sapp, 19, arrested on County Road 1051.

• Illegal possession of alcohol — Kerry Wayne Schafer, 28, arrested on County Road 1132.

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance (3 counts), unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts) — Tomica Lacosta Beasley, 22, arrested on Commerce Ave. SW.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Paul Alan Brown Jr., 28, arrested at the 291 Shell station.

• Resisting arrest — Aaron Jonathon Graham, 18, arrested on Commerce St.

• Failure to appear/pay/comply-obstruction-using false ID — Aubrey Pike Hill, 29, arrested on County Road 1547.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — William Charles Lesly, 21, arrested on County Road 1638.

• False reporting to law enforcement, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Zakariah Dewayne Thornton, 21, arrested on Highway 31 at County Road 1243.
