CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Wednesday:


• Criminal trespassing — Melissa Kay Thompson, 33, of Ashville arrested on I-65 at Exit 289.

• Contempt of court — Stephan Bryant Fortenberry, 28, of Hanceville arrested at municipal court.

• Contempt of court, DUI — Rachel Renee Hill, 34, of Vinemont arrested at municipal court.

• Theft of property — Jason Keith Morris, 34, of Hanceville arrested at the North Shopping Center.

• Sexual abuse of a child under 12, criminal surveillance — Clayton Edward Arnel Farr, 20, of Cullman arrested on County Road 424.

• Harassing communications, violation of protection order — Michael Ramon Williams, 33, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.


• Theft of property — Food World, Cullman Shopping Center, merchandise-$6.

• Lost property — Hartwig Lane SW, black backpack/contents-$25.

• Abandoned vehicle — City of Cullman, 2nd Ave. SW, white 2003 Nissan Murano.

Here is a look at the incidents reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for  Wednesday:


• Public intoxication — Floyd H. Briscoe Jr., 62, arrested on County Road 636.

• Failures to appear/pay/comply-liability insurance required, possession of prescription medication — Stephen Bryant Fortenberry, 28, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.


• Domestic violence — County Road 329.

• Theft of property — County Road 1674.

• Animals running at large — County Road 6200.

• Animals running at large — County Road 1511.

• Domestic violence — County Road 244.

• Assault — Ellis Williams Road.

• Burglary — County Road 781.

• Recovered property — County Road 1141.
