CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Wednesday:

Arrests

• Unlawful receiving/possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Nancy B. Arnold, 51, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Contempt of court — Christopher E. Hyde, 27, of Cullman arrested at Cullman Municipal Court.

Incidents

• Theft by deception — Cherokee Ave. SW, cash-$2,500.

• Assault — Childhaven Road NE.

Here is a look at the incidents reported to the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office for  Wednesday:

Arrests

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (5 counts) — Clinton Cornelius Baker Jr., 57, arrested at the Cullman County Sheriff’s Office.

• Domestic violence — Albert Norman Bales, 62, arrested on County Road 350.

• Probation violation-theft of property and unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts) — Whitney Faye Bates, 27, arrested at Hanceville Police Department.

• Domestic violence — Timothy Wayne Bryan, 47, arrested on County Road 1069.

• Failure to appear-public intoxication — Timothy Horton, 52, arrested on County Road 798.

• Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Glenda Cofield Mahler, 40, arrested on County Road 703.

• Failure to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Justin Lee Steele, 23, arrested on County Road 795.

• Probation denied-certain persons forbidden to possess firearms — Jesse Dean Thomas, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Illegal possession of alcohol — Christopher Wayne Whatley, 39, arrested on County Road 703.

• Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument (3 counts) — Sarah Ann Zarate, 55, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

• Domestic violence — County Road 350.

• Burglary — Highway 31.

• Domestic violence — County Road 1303.

• Burglary — County Road 8.

• Burglary — County Road 820.

• Burglary — County Road 1129.

• Criminal mischief — County Road 805.
