• Giving false information to law enforcement, minor in possession of alcoholic beverage — Christopher J. Stewart, 19, of Addison arrested on Highway 157.

• Illegal possession of prescription drugs — Barbie M. Wilson, 22, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

• Public intoxication — Mark A. Stewart, 26, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

• Failures to appear-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, attempt to elude law enforcement, carrying a concealed weapon, theft of property, criminal trespassing, driving while license suspended — Delver A. Nethery, 24, of Falkville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Public intoxication — Todd E. Hester, 26, of Vinemont arrested on 1st Ave. SE.
