Arrests

• Failure to appear-giving false information to law enforcement — Lisa Marie Barnett, 33, of Falkville arrested at the Cullman-Morgan counties line.

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, tag light required, driving while license suspended — Louise Henry Marino Jr., 30, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Public intoxication — Ronald Keith Hollis Jr., 37, of Cullman arrested on 10th St. at Ave. E SE.

• DUI — Jason Lamar Yates, 34, of Hanceville arrested on Highway 31 at Town Square Shopping Center.

• Failures to appear-running red light, seatbelt violation, driving while license suspended, insurance violation — Stephanie Adare Simmons, 34, of Helena arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Disorderly conduct — Brandon Spencer Holmes, 30, of Cullman arrested on Donauer Dr. SW.

• Failure to appear-driving while license revoked — William James Colwell, 27, of Hayden arrested at Exit 299 at Highway 69.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Tammy Renee Martin, 34, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 S.

• Attempt to commit a controlled substance crime (2 counts) — Michelle Larae Jones, 28, of Birmingham arrested at the Town Square Shopping Center.

• Public intoxication — Ashley Beth Knight, 25, of Eva arrested on 2nd Ave. NW.

• Public intoxication — Sara Gail Gourley, 21, of Cullman arrested on 6th St. SW.

• Failures to appear-public intoxication, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle — Jacob Anthony Frezza, 32, of Cullman arrested on 6th St. SW.

• Resisting arrest, public intoxication, disorderly conduct — Adam Lee Johnson, 30, of Cullman arrested on Highway 157.

• Theft of property — Billy Wayne Parson, 41, of Hanceville arrested at Cullman Shopping Center.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Sarah Ruth Golden, 19, of Cullman arrested on Ave. A SE.

• Domestic violence — Mary Evelyn Leo, 28, of Cullman arrested on Marie St. NW.
