Theft of property — Amanda Ann Allison, 37, of Eva arrested on Olive St. SW.

Theft of property — Riva B. Johnston Southerland, 52, of Cullman arrested on Olive St. SW.

Unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance — Amanda Ann Allison, 37, of Eva arrested on Olive St. SW.

Forfeiture-theft of property — Paula Michelle Davis, 29, of Decatur arrested at the Cullman-Morgan counties line.

Public intoxication — Jason Shane Bennett, 40, of Cullman arrested on Marie St. NW.

Unlawful possession/receiving of a controlled substance — State of Alabama, Olive St. SW, acetaminophen and hydrocodone pills, clonazepam pills-$142, arrest made.

Failure to appear-domestic violence — James Donald Green, 54, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-receiving stolen property — Matthew Stuart Holcomb, 30, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Genevieve Marie Treece, 47, arrested in Cullman.

Incidents

Criminal mischief — County Road 825.

Harassment — County Road 1545.

Criminal trespassing — County Road 1635.

Theft of property — Highway 91.

Harassment — County Road 55.

Theft of property — Highway 157.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Teem Road at County Road 222.
