CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman City Police Department for Tuesday:

Arrests

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Rodney Allen Bailey, 39, of Cullman arrested on Denson Ave. SW.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance (2 counts), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Timothy Dewayne Bailey, 36, of Cullman arrested on Katherine St. NW.

• Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — Tonya Farr Cunningham, 36, of Cullman arrested on Hickory Ave. SW.

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal trespassing (2 counts) — Justin Dale Hamby, 20, of Logan arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Joey Ray Hanson, 21, of Hanceville arrested on Hoening Road.

• Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — Raymond Elliott Grigsby, 21, of Cullman arrested on County Road 1488.

• Theft of lost property — Deaunder Roshaun Killian, 22, of Hanceville arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful distribution of a controlled substance — James William Mayo, 57, of Cullman arrested on Convent Road NE.

• Unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Danny Oneal Dye, 62, of Cullman arrested on Highway 69.

• Failures to appear-domestic violence, unlawful possession of marijuana, driving while license suspended — Christopher George Lackey, 34, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Colby Nathaniel Pyle, 27, of Cullman arrested on Katherine St. NW.

• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Scarlett Amanda Pyle, 32, of Cullman arrested on Katherine St. NW.

• Failures to appear-DUI, failure to yield right of way — Nathan Ireland Campbell, 34, of Pell City arrested on Highway 69 N.

• Domestic violence, failure to appear-domestic violence — Jesica Pauline McIntosh, 30, of Cullman arrested on Ave. B SE.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — Joel Edward Lashley Jr., 34, of Cullman arrested on Highway 31 S at Short St.

Incidents

• Theft of property — 7th St. SE, pit bulldog, green Craftsman push mower, green Craftsman weed eater-$229.

• Burglary, theft of property — Swafford Road SW, PS3 and PS2 games, audio cassette, audio books-$370.

• Domestic violence — Ave. B SE.

• Unlawful possession of marijuana — City of Cullman, Highway 31 S at Short St.-$10, arrest made.

Arrests

• Failures to appear-unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, theft of property — Weslie Garner, 25, arrested on County Road 747.

• Contributing to the deliquency of a minor — Glen Ashby, 49, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Probation violation-unlawful possession of a controlled substance — Shelby Bradford, 41, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Domestic incident — Benjamin Collum, 32, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Probation violation-unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Tina Ford, 42.

• Possession of obscene material — Gustavo Gamez, 40, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

• Public intoxication — Chazz Wilhite, 19, arrested on County Road 565.

Incidents

• Domestic violence — County Road 643.

• Theft of property — Highway 278.

• Criminal trespassing — County Road 1625.

• Harassment — County Road 216.

• Theft of property — County Road 1598.

• Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 385.

• Domestic violence — Highway 157.

• Criminal trespassing — County Road 1105.
