Arrests

Sexual abuse (2 counts) — Danny Ray Allred, 41, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Domestic violence — Claburn Troy Tubb, 21, of Vinemont arrested on Highway 31 S.

Public intoxication — Michael Hunter Southern, 30, of Birmingham arrested on Cherokee Ave. SW.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jacob Ellison Whittle, 28, of Cullman arrested on 10th Ave. SE.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Issac Currier Whittle, 23, of Cullman arrested on 10th Ave. SE.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Edward Joseph Elliott, 32, of Tuscaloosa arrested on 10th Ave. SE.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Jessie Dean Thomas, 29, of Cullman arrested on 10th Ave. SE.

Theft of property — Sherry Rena Whittle, 47, of Bremen arrested at the Dollar General in Town Square.

Harassing communications — Jeremy Alan Jones, 26, of Cullman arrested on Highway 278 at Main Ave.

DUI — José Lara Muños, 30, of Cullman arrested on Main Ave. at Morningside Dr. SW.

Forfeiture-theft of property — Robert Glenn Fornes, 34, arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Burglary — Arnold St. NE, assorted U.S. currency-$28.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana — State of Alabama, 10th Ave. SE, methamphetamines, marijuana, subzone strip, digital scales, smoking pipe, Alprazolam pills, several firearms-$1,763, arrest made.

Harassment — Fuller St. SW, arrest made.

Theft of property — Walker St. SW, Lortab, Tramadol-$200.

Theft of property — Dollar General, Town Square, merchandise-$12, arrest made.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — 2nd Ave. SW, Cobra radar detector, checkbook-$200.

Illegal possession/fraudulent use of a debit or credit card — South Shopping Center, Premier Bank check card-$20.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Olive St. SW, Ipod Touch w/case-$200.

Harassment — Fuller St. SW.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Highway 157, miscellaneous paperwork-$1.

Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Town Square, Dell laptop, checkbook, loose change, Sony Tablet, Verizon Wifi connecting device-$1,505.

Harassment — Oak Manor Dr. SW.

Domestic violence — Veigl Ave. SW.

Domestic violence, unlawful imprisonment — Highway 31 N.

Menacing — 5th St. SW.

Confiscated vehicle — 12th Way SW, 2001 Dodge Intrepid-$2,000.

Burglary, found property — Alabama Ave. SE, Dell laptop, several pieces of jewelry and coins-$500.

Harassment — Ash Ave. NE.
