Arrests
Certain persons forbidden to possess a pistol, carrying a pistol without a permit — Jesse Dean Thomas, 29, of Cullman arrested on 10th Ave. SE.
Forfeiture-public intoxication — James Elmo Pendergraft, 41, of Falkville arrested on Highway 31 S.
Incidents
Carrying a pistol without a permit, certain persons forbidden to possess a pistol — City of Cullman, 10th Ave. SE, Raven arms .25 cal. semi automatic pistol-$50, arrest made.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — Main Ave. SW, Asus laptop, school textbook, computer case-$675.
Forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument — Walmart, Olive St. SW, counterfeit-$20 bill.
Incident — 4th Ave. SE.

Criminal trespassing, failure to appear-criminal mischief — Larry Elmer Adams, 52.
Failures to appear-harassing communications, domestic violence-harassing communications — Billy Michael Ball, 39, arrested in Vinemont.
Failure to appear-public intoxication — Bryan Curtis Folds, 30, arrested in Cullman.
Criminal mischief — Alton Shane Hale, 28, arrested in Cullman.
Probation revocation-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — James Tyler Hinman, 31, arrested in Cullman.
Burglary, cruelty to animals, theft of property — Jason Dewayne Kelley, 31, arrested in Cullman.
Failure to appear-assault — Brandon Gene Overton, 22, arrested in Cullman.
Failure to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Donna Gayle Smith, 53, arrested in Bremen.
Failure to appear-unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance — Tammy Jean Westbrook, 44, arrested in Cullman.

Harassment — Highway 69.
Abandoned vehicle — Highway 278.
Recovered property — County Road 832.
Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle — County Road 1114.
Burglary, theft of property — County Road 1342.
Theft by deception — County Road 109.
Forgery — Highway 31.
Theft of property — County Road 1492.
Theft of property — Highway 31 S.
Burglary — County Road 658.
