CULLMAN — Here is a look at the incidents that were reported to the Cullman Police Department for Thursday:

Arrests

Assault, DUI, forfeitures-driving without first obtaining a license, speeding — Alex Miranda Vargas, 27, of Cullman arrested on 7th St. SW at Hickory Ave.

Forfeiture-driving without first obtaining a license — David Allen Davis, 23, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeitures-running red light, driving without first obtaining a license — James William Fowler, 35, of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Forfeitures-improper tires, improper signal — Vincent Jerome Bell, 17 (adult status), of Cullman arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Public intoxication — Shushune Shimekel Miller, 32, of Hanceville arrested on St. Joseph St.

Forfeiture-disorderly conduct — Douglas Gene Schwan, 44, of Vinemont arrested at the Cullman County Detention Center.

Incidents

Theft of property — 9th St. SE, wheel center cap from GMC truck-$125.

Theft of property — Cullman City Street Department, Main Ave. SW, Stihl chainsaw-$320.

Theft of property — Oak Manor Dr. SW, tools, Sony camera, backpack, toolbox-$420.

Duty upon striking an unattended vehicle — North Shopping Center, damage to 2005 GMC truck-$800.

Harassment — 2nd Ave. SW.

Arrests

Negotiating worthless negotiable instrument — Jerry David Gillespie, 55, arrested in Cullman.

Domestic violence — Michael James Grimm, 40, arrested in Cullman.

Theft of property — Kimberly Ann Lacy, 29, arrested in Baileyton.

Failure to appear-driving while license suspended — James Mitchell Naramore, 26, arrested at the Walker County line.

Intentionally hindering, domestic violence-harassment — Chad Michael Owens, 27, arrested in Cullman.

Failures to appear-driving while license suspended, failure to display insurance — Jeffery Douglas Quick, 34, arrested in Cullman.

Harassment — Ryan Kelley Speegle, 27, arrested in Vinemont.

Failures to appear-negotiating worthless negotiable instrument, illegal possession of credit/debit card (2 counts) — Clyde Arnold Vaughn III, 24, arrested in Jefferson County.

Failures to appear-unlawful possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended — Carl Leroy Webb Jr., 42, arrested in Guntersville.

Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia — Tammy Jean Westbrook, 44, arrested in Cullman.

Domestic violence-menacing (2 counts) — Robert Ross Zell, 42, arrested in Hanceville.

Incidents

Harassing communications — Day Gap Road.

Domestic violence — County Road 1082.

Domestic violence — County Raod 1082.

Theft of property — County Road 1414.

Theft of property — County Road 223.

Burglary — County Road 1558.

Harassment — County Road 601.
