Bernice Mary Adams
Funeral services for Bernice Mary Adams, 90, of Cullman will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Gary Milligan officiating, with interment in Vinemont Baptist Church Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Adams died Monday, Dec. 10, in Cullman. She was born March 17, 1922, in Cullman County to Carl Joseph and Narcy Frances Wilhite Burkard. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Elmer P. Adams; five sisters, Gertrude Wilson, Clara Bland, Charlsie Brand, Bertha Bland and Birdie Burkard; and two brothers, Charlie Burkard and Carl J. Burkard Jr.
Survivors include two daughters, Carolyn Bailey and Kay Pinkerton; a son, Larry E. Adams; two grandchildren, Rance Bailey and Miranda Pinkerton-Widok; and four great-grandchildren, Claire Bailey, Ethan Hubinger-Widok, Felicity Widok and Tristen Widok.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
The family would like to thank Omega Hospice for the amazing care given to our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
