Masonic Funeral Rites for Dave Franklin Lanningham, 69, Vinemont, were at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, with Lee Worthington officiating.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A beloved husband, father, grandpa and great-grandpa and uncle of many, he was loved and will be deeply missed. He was active in the Masonic Lodge and also was past Master of O’Glory. He died Thursday, Nov. 29, at his residence. He was employed as a driver for Ward Vision.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Ellen Lanningham; a son, Lonnie Lanningham; great-grandson, J.J. Milde; sister, Betty Jean Caldwell; and brother, Charles Lanningham.
Survivors include his wife of 51 years, Shelby Jean Lanningham; son, Roger Dale (Karen) Lanningham; a daughter, Kathy Ann (Roberto) Gay; brothers: Pete Lanningham, Jody Lanningham and Johnny Lanningham; sisters: Elizabeth Howard and Christine Johnson; grandchildren: William (Jennifer) Milde, Stephanie Lanningham, C.J. (Paulina) Lanningham, Antoniyo Gay and Sammie Petty; and great-grandchildren, Lexi and Kaleb Milde.
Visitation was from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
