Melissa Cason Harris
Funeral services for Melissa Cason Harris, 30, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at Living Faith Baptist Church, the Rev. Larry Brown officiating, with interment in Hopewell Cemetery. The body will lie in state from 1 to 2 p.m. at the church.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Harris passed away Monday, Nov. 26. She was born Nov. 22, 1982. She was employed at Johnny’s Barbecue and was a member of Living Faith Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Linda Brummett Cason; grandmothers, Annie Belle Holmes and Nella Faye Davenport; and grandfathers, James E. Fine and Melvin Brummett.
Survivors include her father and stepmother, Billy and Janice Cason; her husband, David Harris; daughters, Angela Kay Harris and Allison Dean Harris; sisters, Mindy (Jerald) Wilson, Tinna (Barry) Walling, Kristi Lewis and Kari Brown; a brother, Joshua Christopher Weeks; her grandmother, Kathleen Fine; and a host of aunts, uncles, family members and friends.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
