Mr. Ratliff died passed away on May 3, in Fort Worth, Texas. Grady was a kind and gentle man who loved his family. He was a good provider and a “man’s man”.  His death has brought much sorrow and heartache to us. He was always willing to help someone in need any way he could. He gave his heart to the Lord many years ago. He would comfort us when the Texas wind was blowing hard and storms were coming. He will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cecil J. and Gertrude Hallmark Ratliff; three brothers, Earl, Brice and Jackie Ratliff; a sister, Janis Murel Truett; and three sisters-in-law, Olivia Hopkins, Margaret Ratliff and Dyra Ratliff.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Faye H. Ratliff; two sons, Grady Joe Ratliff Jr. and Scott Ratliff; daughter, Diana (Paul) Pinaud; grandchildren, Scottie Ratliff, Dillen Gainer, Jackie Luckas, Emily Pinaud and Matthew Pinaud; brothers-in-law, Jerry Truett, Sonny Hopkins and Vic Hopkins; sisters-in-law, Faye Dean Ratliff and Betty H. Daniel; many nieces, nephews and cousins and many friends who are also part of the family.
