Jimmy Ray Woodard, 70, of Helicon Community passed away on August 10, 2012 in Cullman.
Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 11, 2012 from 6-8 p.m. at Liberty Baptist Church in Helicon, where funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2 p.m. He will lie in state from 1-2 p.m. Reverend Delbert Freeman and Reverend DeJuan Reese will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
