Mr. Buckelew passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with lung cancer Wednesday, Feb. 27, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born April 12, 1939, in Cullman County to J.B. Douglas and Imogene King Buckelew. Mr. Buckelew married his high school sweetheart, Barbara Brown, in June 1958. They were blessed with 54 years of marriage.
