Hoyt Jackson
Funeral services for Hoyt Jackson, 79, of Cullman will be at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 28, 2013, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, Bros. Vernon Willis and Bobby Smith officiating, with burial in Fellowship Cemetery in Spring Hill.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Jackson died Monday, Feb. 25, at his residence. He was born Feb. 2, 1934, to Roman and Tildie Trussell Jackson. He was retired from Americold Compressor.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Paula Jackson; and three brothers, John C. Jackson, Marvin Jackson and Hollis Jackson.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Whitten Jackson; a daughter, Linda (Larry) Shelton; two brothers, Coy Jackson and Voyt Jackson; two sisters, Edith Williams and Ruby Pearl; four grandchildren, Jody Knight, Jamie Knight, Brandon Schultz, Bradley Schultz, Téa Knight, Jarett Knight, Malory Knight and Melanie Knight; four great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
