Jimmy Ray Garmon
Funeral services for Jimmy Ray Garmon, 78, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, at Cold Springs Baptist Church, Bro. Harce Swann officiating, with interment in the church cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Garmon died Tuesday, Jan. 15, at his residence. He was born Nov. 14, 1934, in Bremen to Odis L. and Ruby Estelle Freeman. He was a heavy equipment operator.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Katherine Moon Garmon; a daughter, Kathy R. Garmon; two sons, Jimmy Dale and Jerry Wayne Garmon; a sister, Maurnice Campbell; two brothers, Nile Garmon and Odis Garmon Jr.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at the church.
