CULLMAN — Mary Frances Haynes Freeman

Funeral services for Mary Frances Haynes Freeman, 85, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 10, 2013, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Jim Abbott officiating, with interment in Cullman City Cemetery.

Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Freeman died Sunday, Sept. 8, at her residence. She was born May 18, 1928, to Jim and Winnie Baldwin Haynes. She was a sweet potato farmer.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Rev. Gerald Freeman; brothers, Buster “Odell” Haynes, Thurman (Waveline) Haynes and Billy Joe Haynes; a sister-in-law, Barbara Haynes; and two grandchildren, Emily and Brady Freeman.

Survivors include two sons, Ronnie (Marilyn) Freeman and Michael (Brenda) Freeman; a brother, Buford Haynes; a sister, Dot (Verlon) Whaley; seven grandchildren, Cory (Donna) Freeman, Patrick (Jamie) Freeman, Blake (Amy) Freeman, Chad (Ginger) Quick, April (Darren) Gero, Hannah Erickson and Cindy (Rick) Hawkins; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Jan Haynes; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Cory Freeman, Patrick Freeman, Blake Freeman, Chad Quick, Jordan Freeman, Darren Gero, Rick Hawkins, Drake Hawkins and Buddy Carden.

Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Tuesday.
