Nancy Sharron Hall

DECATUR — Nancy Sharron Hall

Funeral services for Nancy Sharron Hall, 66, of Decatur will be at 2 p.m. Friday, August 30, 2013, at Bethel Methodist Church, the Revs. Tony Tidwell and Jeff Allred officiating, with burial in Bethel Methodist Cemetery in Eva. The body will lie in state for one hour prior to services at the church. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Miss Hall died Tuesday, August 27, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. She was born January 13, 1947, in Cullman County to William Aaron Hall and Rada Mozell Graham. Miss Hall was a lifelong resident of Morgan County. She was formerly an operator with AT&T and a member of the Telephone Pioneers.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, William Guary Hall.

Survivors include a brother, Charles Stanley Hall (Carol) of Eva; three sisters, Elizabeth Hall Keith (Robert) of Pell City, Debbie Rappe (Lewis) of Muskogee, Okla., and Ramona Hill (Jerry) of Eva; five nephews; four nieces; three grandnephews; and one grandniece.

Pallbearers will be Jarod Hill, Chad Hill, Brett Hall, Randy Dowling, Brian Stiles, Jackey Sandlin and Micheal Rappe.

    Carlton Eugene Stafford, 82, of Cullman passed away Saturday, July 26, 2014, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born April 14, 1932, James and Mary Katherine Brown Stafford. Mr. Stafford was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He was the original owner of Carlton’s restaurant.

    Susan Werner died Monday, July 21, 2014, as a result of an apparent fall at her home in Gainesville, Florida. Susan grew up in Jacksonville, Florida, and, after graduation from FSU, spent many years in Cullman, where she taught elementary school and received a master’s degree from UAB. While in Cullman, she married Robert Werner and helped run a family retail business.
