Lawalsa Campbell

Mrs. Lawalsa Campbell, 94, of Cullman, passed away on November 15, 2012 Cullman Long Term Care. Funeral services wil be held Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at  2 p.m. with Brother Gene Persal officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Moss Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born in Walker County to Charlie and Susie Wilson Rivers on March 1, 1918

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, General W. Campbell; an infant daughter; sisters, Juanita Chaney and Wanda Lanier; brothers, Bud, J.W. and Ed Rivers.

Survivors include 2 sons, Gerald E. (Kathy) Campbell, E. Dormal (Mary Lucille) Campbell; a sister, Freda (L.C.) Forrester; a sister-in-law, Dorothy Atkins, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. The family would like to express their thanks to the entire staff at Cullman Long Term Care for the wonderful care given to Mrs. Campbell.
