CULLMAN — Joy McClendon

Joy McClendon, 77, of Cold Springs died Friday, Nov. 9, 2012, at Jacob's House in Hayden. She was born in Fulton, Miss., Saturday, July 20, 1935, to Kyle and Ophelia Dulaney Waddle.

She is survived by her son, Tim McClendon, Fulton, Miss.; daughter, Wanda (Max) Graves, Bremen; brother, Reggie (Barbara) Waddle, Fulton, Miss.; sister, Brenda (Lanny) Brown, Fulton, Miss.; and eight grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by Hanceville Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 11.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel, the Revs. Dillon Calvert and Tommy Graves officiating, with interment in Cold Springs Cemetery in Bremen.

Pallbearers will be Max Graves, Chet Graves, Dawson Campbell, Brandon McClendon, Kenneth Brown, Bobby Kerlley, Bryan Calvert and Michael Osbirn.

The family wishes to thank Jacob’s House and Hope Hospice for their wonderful care.
