Crystal Smith
Miss. Crystal Smith of Cullman Alabama passed away on December 21, 2012 at Cullman Regional Medical Center at the age of 47.
Funeral services will be on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at Moss Funeral Home Chapel at 2 p.m. with Bro. Cameron Smith and Pastor Fred Rivers officiating. Interment will be in Corinth West Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She was born in Cullman on February 13, 1965 to Gary Smith and Patricia Gibbs Smith Kilpatrick.
She is preceded in death by her father, Gary Smith; stepfather, James D. Kilpatrick; grandparents, Henry Smith, Dorothy Smith, Mary Gibbs, T.F. Kilpatrick and Clara Kilpatrick.
Survivors include her mother, Pat Kilpatrick; three sisters, Tammy (Paul) Carpenter, Tam (Marty) Lemons and Shelia (Derick) Smith; three brothers, Anthony Smith, Jim (Audy) Kilpatrick and Jerry (Lemoyne) Kilpatrick; grandfather, Clifford Gibbs; grandmother, Charlene Smith; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012 from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
