Mary Louise Preston
Funeral services for Mary Louise Preston, 90, of Huntsville will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 14, 2012, at Sacred Heart Monastery, Father John O’Donnell officiating, with interment in Sacred Heart Monastery Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Preston died Monday, Dec. 10, at her residence. She was born June 4, 1922, in Avoca, Pa., to William and Elizabeth Fisher Stevens. She was a piano teacher; a church organist for 40 years; and a resident of the Benedictine Manor for 10 years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Joseph F. Preston.
Survivors include a son, Francis J. Preston of Cullman; three daughters, Kathleen Heckman of Huntsville, Mary Beth Preston of Littleton, Colo., and Joanne Morrissey of Powell, Ohio; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Benedictine Sisters.
Visitation will be from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Friday at the monastery.
