Ora Lee Phillips
Funeral services for Ora Lee Phillips of Decatur will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2013, at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Dale McAnnally officiating, with interment in Hopewell Cemetery.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Phillips passed away Tuesday, Jan. 22, which was her 94th birthday.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Milton Homer Stokes and Willie Mae McAllister Stokes; her husband, Robert F. Phillips; five brothers, James, Billy, Wayne, Robert and Talmadge Stokes; and two sisters, Catherine Bowen and Sarah Clayton.
Survivors include two sons, Robert Herschel (Shirley) Phillips and James Frederick (Sonja K.) Phillips; a daughter, Lisa Rene Moreland; three sisters, Lorene Sloan, Dorothy Whatley and Gail Brumback; a brother, Earl Stokes; nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday.
