CULLMAN — Rickie Louise Brunner

Rickie Louise Brunner, 62, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013. Rickie was an active member of First Christian Church in Montgomery, a longtime reference librarian with the Alabama Department of Archives and a graduate of the University of Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Buena Mae Lovelady Brunner.

Survivors include her cousins, Vicki (Stan) Gregory of Montgomery, William Yeackle of Chelsea, Dorothy “Dottie” (Kenny) Rogers of Mobile, Delores (Ray) Griffin of Valrico, Fla., and Bill Brunner of Decatur.

Funeral services will be at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, at First Christian Church, the Rev. Dr. Susan Diamond officiating, with interment at 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 18, in Cullman City Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her memory to the Christian Church Foundation, P.O. Box 1986, Indianapolis, IN 46206-1986 for the Rickie Louise Brunner and Joe and Buena Lovelady Brunner Fund.
