Lois Inez Barnett
Funeral services for Lois Inez Barnett, 97, of Hanceville will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel, Chris Barnett officiating, with interment in Duck River Cemetery.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Barnett passed away Sunday, Dec. 23, at Hanceville Nursing and Rehab. She was born Dec. 7, 1915, in Cullman County to William Robert and Emily Clyde Payne Dyer.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, S.G. Barnett; a son, Carl Barnett; a daughter, Carla Jean Freeman; a brother, Buford Dyer; and a sister, Mary Peppers.
Survivors include a son Fred (Connie) Barnett; a daughter-in-law, Gladys Barnett; six grandchildren, Regina Taft, Eddie Freeman, Marty Freeman, Wally Barnett, Kim Barnett and Chris Barnett; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, H.R. “Brownie” Dyer.
The family will receive friends from 4:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Ms. Sharon Capps Phillips, 69, of Springhill will be held at 4 p.m. Friday, April 18, 2014, at Cullman Funeral Home Chapel, Mike Waters officiating, with interment at Springhill Cemetery.
James Edward McCravy
Funeral services for James Edward McCravy, 80, of Cullman will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2014 at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church of Hanceville; with interment in Ebenezer Cemetery. He will lie in state one hour prior to the service. The family will receive friends on Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
