CULLMAN — Nicki Crick

Nicki Crick, McKnight-University Professor and Harris Professor of Child Psychology, Institute Nicki Crick

Nicki Crick, McKnight-University Professor and Harris Professor of Child Psychology, Institute of Child Development, University of Minnesota, passed away peacefully the morning of Oct. 28, 2012, at age 54, following a brief but courageous battle with cancer. Survived by parents, Howard and Rita Crick; sister, Jodi (Barry) Skinner; nephew, Shane Skinner; and niece, Tori Skinner.  

Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 10, 2012, at Moss-Service Funeral Home (1901 2nd Avenue Northwest, Cullman, AL 35055) with a gathering of friends and family starting at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers, Nicki chose a Siberian Husky rescue-organization in Minnesota where she lived; please direct any contributions in Nicki's name to the Minnesota chapter of Adopt-A-Husky (www.AdoptAHusky.com) or you can send contributions In Nicki’s name to the First Presbyterian Church (615 3rd Avenue Southeast, Cullman, AL 35055).of Child Development, University of Minnesota, passed away peacefully the morning of Oct. 28, 2012, at age 54, following a brief but courageous battle with cancer.
