James ‘Jimmy’ Dennis Daniel
Funeral services for James “Jimmy” Dennis Daniel, 69, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 28, 2012, at Duck River Baptist Church, the Revs. Sherman Bailey and Layne Howard officiatng, with interment in Duck River Cemetery. The body will lie in state from 10 to 11 a.m. at the church.
Cullman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Daniel passed away Monday, June 25. He was born Jan. 12, 1943, to James Cletus and Sarah Montez Sutton Daniel. He was a lifetime member of Duck River Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his sister, Kay (Jerrell) Smith; a niece, Kelly (David) Benefield; a nephew, Keary (Melanie) Smith; two great-nieces, Olivia and Sydni Benefield; two great-nephews, Tyler and Courtney Carpenter; and a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Duck River Baptist Church.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
