Funeral Service for Howard Allen Hale, 78, of Fairview will be at 11 a.m. Friday, October 19, 2012 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel, Brother Gene Pinkard, officiating. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery.

Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Hale died Tuesday, October 16, 2012 in Cullman Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Hale was born August 8, 1934 in Morgan County the son of Herman and Omie Holmes Hale. He was a high school graduate and served honorably in the United States Army. He was a retired production worker with Americo, Cullman and had lived in the Fairview Community since 1967. He was married to the former Betty Yeager who preceded him in death in 2000. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela "Nina" Folsom.

He is survived by two sons and daughter-in-law, Randy Hale and Scott and Christy Hale all of Fairview; a daughter, Darra Hale of Fairview; a son-in-law, David Folsom of Bentonville, Arkansas; 8 grandchildren, Heather Wynn, Jonathan Hale, Josh Hale, Seth Charles, Dylan Charles, Madison Folsom, Colton Hale and Jac O'Hair.

Pallbearers will be Dylan Charles, Seth Charles, Jonathan Hale, Josh Hale, Richard Hale and Jackie Yeager.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
