Funeral services for Adam Eugene Ray, 41, of Falkville will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Ray Lathem officiating.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Ray died Thursday, Dec. 6, at Huntsville Hospital. He was born Aug. 14, 1971, in Chicago, Ill., to Michael Eugene and Sandra Sue Ray. He was a communications installation technician.
Survivors include his parents; a son, Michael Eugene Ray; a daughter, Victoria Suzanne Ray; two sisters, Melinda (Kyle) Wilson and Ami Sweatmon; a brother, Jon (April) Ray; his grandparents, Marilyn and Orville Hall; and five nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kidney Foundation.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
