Gerald ‘Jerry’ Hale
Funeral services for Gerald “Jerry” Hale, 76, of Falkville will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 24, 2012, at Moss-Service Funeral Home Chapel, with interment in Flint Creek Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Hale passed away Monday, Nov. 19, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born July 13, 1936, in Cullman to Andrew P. and Ellon L. Swann Hale. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea. He worked at Hayes International in Birmingham for 15 years and at Ford Motor Company in Louisville. He loved to fish, hunt and go boating.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Darryl Hale.
Survivors include five sons, Reggie Hale, Shannon Hale, Troy Hale, Lynn Hale and Joey Hale; a daughter, Rita Marsh; two sisters, Carolyn Knighten and Sandra Kitchens; a brother, Edsel Hale; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
