She was a "lovely lady" and a loving, caring, sharing wife, mother, daughter, grandmother “Mima”, and sister.

She was preceded in death by her husband; an infant daughter; sisters, Lorene Hooten Meyer and Isolo Hooten Taglier; brothers, Lt. Colonel Howard Hooten and Sgt. Bill Hooten; and her precious pet dog, Max.

Survivors include two daughters, Jamie (Stan) McNabb and Jackie (Bruce) Smalley; two sons, Danny (Saundra) Stisher and Jimmy (Joanne) Stisher; one sister, Betty Leeth Haynes; one brother, Leldon M. Hooten; grandchildren, Bran Stisher, Seth Stisher, Justin Stisher, Jathan Stisher; Ashley (Dan) Jessup, Trey (Dolly) McNabb, Trent McNabb, Blake (Megan) Smalley and Alli Smalley; and eight great-grandchildren, Abby, Anna, Nicholas, and Lucas Stisher, Madelyn Stisher, Landon Stisher and Kinsleigh Jessup.
