Funeral services for William Raymond Harris, 67, of Cullman at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Roger Pierce officiating, with interment in Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Harris died Friday, Sept. 21, at his residence. He was born Sept. 12, 1945, in Phenix, Ariz., to William H. and Gertrude Hampton Harris. He was a retired U.S. Navy lieutenant.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Dennis Harris.
Survivors include his wife, Gladys Crumbley Harris; three sons, Larry Taylor, Dwight Taylor and Donnie Harris; three daughters, Donna Young, Joyce Burton and Debbie Harris; a brother, John Harris; a sister, Donna Newberry; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
