Jerry Wayne Kilgo
Funeral services for Jerry Wayne Kilgo, 71, of Hanceville will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Livingston Chapel United Methodist Church; Ron Gilbreath and Larry Guthrie officiating; with interment in Ryan’s Creek Cemetery.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Kilgo passed away on Sunday, Oct. 21, 2012 at his residence.
He was preceded in death by his parents, E.E. Kilgo and Reba Swann Kilgo and a sister, Elna Von Kilgo Duke.
He is survived by two sisters, Alice (Rondey) Burrow and Marie (Ronnie) Sandlin all of Crane Hill; a brother, David (Janet) Kilgo of Bentonville, Arkansas; eight nephews, Jon Duke, Kerry Duke and Kelly Duke, Ron Burrow, Justin Kilgo, Landon Kilgo, Matt Sandlin and Jeff Sandlin; a niece, Robin Burrow Early; eleven great nieces and nephews and special friends, the staff and residents of the Thomason/Lowery House in Hanceville.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to CCCDD/Margaret Jean Jones Center at 1807 Beech Avenue; Cullman, AL 35055.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, Oct. 23, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012 from 10:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the church.
