HANCEVILLE — Gladys Fincher Dunn

Funeral services for Gladys Fincher Dunn, 87, of Logan will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at Pilgrim’s Rest Church, Bro. Vernon Willis officiating, with burial in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state from noon to 1 p.m. at the church.

Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Ms. Dunn died Thursday, Oct. 18, at her residence. She was born June 5, 1925, in Cullman County to Solomon and Minnie Key Fincher. She was a nurse’s aide.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Mike Dunn; a son, Larry J. Sterling; two brothers; and two sisters.

Survivors include a daughter, Shirley Ann Wells; three granddaughters, Dianne Renea (Eric) Fletcher, Valarie Marie (William) Yearwood and Julie Ann (Jason) Terry; four grandsons, Larry Matthew Sterling, John James Sterling, Gregory Melvin Rutherford and Michael Delone (Carrie) Wells; a stepson, Larry Dunn; great-granddaughters, Shelby Dianne Yearwood, Alexandria Dianne Fletcher, Calli Lee Stuppy, Darby Marina Yearwood, Emily Shae Wells, Alexus Brianne Wells, Toree Jade Wells; great-grandsons, Kynan Kieran Fletcher, Keith Rutherford, Kevin Rutherford, Cadewryn Sebastian Fletcher, Dustin Edmond Terry, Christopher Ralph Terry; and stepgrandchildren, April (Kevin) Elam and Dawn Pattillo.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
