Imelda Louise Ozbolt Mann
Funeral services for Imelda Louise Ozbolt Mann, 84, of Falkville will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 14, 2008, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Phillip Robinson officiating, with interment in Gum Pond Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Mann died Saturday, Aug. 9, at Cullman Regional Medical Center. She was born on March 15, 1924, in Eva to Blash and Gathie Cobbs Ozbolt. She retired from AmSouth Bank after 28 years of service, having worked in the Mortgage Department. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cullman for 39 years; a member of the VFW Post. 2214 Ladies Auxiliary; the DAV No. 76 Ladies Auxiliary; and the Military Order of the Purple Heart Ladies Auxiliary No. 2212.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Edward Ozbolt.
Survivors include her husband, George Mann of Falkville; a brother, Joe D. Ozbolt of Vinemont; four sisters, Drucilla Nichols of Vinemont, Winnell Crow of Falkville, Ermaline Caudle and Annie Marie Childers, both of Eva; and a host of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Hospice of Cullman County or the Gum Pond Cemetery Fund.
Visitation will be from 5 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home for family members and from 6 to 8 p.m. for friends.
