Gerdieleen Stanford
Funeral services for Gerdieleen Stanford, 78, of Cullman will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2006, at Hanceville Funeral Home Chapel, the Revs. David McDonald and Vernon Willis officiating, with burial in Damascus Cemetery in Hanceville.
Hanceville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Stanford died Monday, March 13 in Cullman.
Ila Mae Leverett
Funeral services for Ila Mae Leverett, 83, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at Moss-Service Chapel, the Rev. Howard Wolfe Jr. officiating, with burial in Cullman City Cemetery.
Moss-Service Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Leverett died Sunday, March 12 at Woodland Medical Center. She was born on Sept. 1, 1922, to G.E. and Rosa Fair Linton Leverett. She was an inspector with Oneida Industries.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jack Tilford and Harold Leverett; a sister, Dean Griffin; and a grandson, Jeff Patterson.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Patterson of Cullman; a brother, Ellis Leverett of Cullman; two sisters, Lee Loveless and Tedi Stiefelmeyer, both of Cullman; a grandchild, Kellie (Eddie) Thompson; two great-grandchildren, Bryant and Matthew Thompson; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Sonny Howard, Carl Stiefelmeyer, Chip Stiefelmeyer, Tim Loveless, Cameron Griffin and Gene Burns.
Visitation was Monday.
Vanetta M. Hames
Funeral arrangements for Vanetta M. Hames, 86, of Cullman are incomplete and will be announced at a later date by Moss-Service Funeral Home. Mrs. Hames died Monday, March 13, 2006, at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
Katie Lee Holmes
Funeral services for Katie Lee Holmes, 94, of Eva will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at Moss-Service Funeral Chapel, Danny Pettus and Ben Hayes officiating, with burial in Enon Baptist Cemetery.

Mrs. Holmes died Sunday, March 12 at her residence.
Cecil Richard Brady
Funeral services for Cecil Richard Brady, 85, of Bremen are incomplete and will be announced at a later date by Cullman Heritage Funeral Home. Mr. Brady died Sunday, March 12, 2006, at his residence.
James Marshall Harbin Jr.
Funeral services for James Marshall Harbin Jr., 50, of Cullman will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2006, at Cullman Heritage Chapel, Pastor Tim Kinney officiating, with burial in Cullman Heritage Cemetery.

Mr. Harbin died Saturday, March 11 at Cullman Regional Medical Center. He was born on Oct. 28, 1955, in Greenville, S.C., to James March Sr. and Nealar Leona Scott Harbin. He was a fabricating manager with Elk River, Inc. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corps with the rank of Gunnery Sergeant after serving 20 years.
Survivors include his parents; his wife, Sherrie Lynn Mingle Harbin of Cullman; three sons, James Marshall (Andera) Harbin III of Holly Pond, Jeromy (Karla) Harbin of Cullman and Joshua Harbin of Baton Rouge, La.; a daughter, Jamie Harbin of Cullman; a granddaughter, Jade Marley Harbin of Holly Pond; a brother, John Glen Harbin; a sister, Mary Leona Harbin (Terry) Dykens; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. today.
Shearl Ivey Denson
Funeral services for Shearl Ivey Denson, 60, of Boca Raton, Fla., will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 15, 2006, at Addison Church of God, with burial in the church cemetery. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services.
Nichols Funeral Home of Addison is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Denson died Thursday, March 9 in Florida. He was born on May 30, 1945, in Arley to Seaborn and Eva Denson.
Survivors include his mother, Eva Denson; a son, Travis Denson; a brother, James Ellis; two sisters, Erma Parnell and Imogene Wilkins; and two grandsons, Stephen Pechuls and Cole Denson.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Margaret Clifton ‘Nana’ Bolack
Graveside services for Margaret Clifton “Nana” Bolack, 90, of Cullman, formerly of Tarrant and Pawnee, will be at noon Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at Oakwood Memorial Gardens in Gardendale, Bros. Larry Nail and Bill Davison officiating. A memorial service will be at Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, March 14 in the fellowship hall at Mt. View Missionary Baptist Church in Cullman. A fellowship will follow.

Mrs. Bolack died Sunday, March 12 at Cullman Regional Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis B. “Daddy-Bo” Bolack, Aug. 4, 1980.
Survivors include three sons, Dennis L. (Jean) Gurley of Warrior, Royce L. (Kathleen) Gurley of Mount Olive and Preston L. “Rickey” Gurley of Hamilton; three daughters, Lorrine G. Kimbrough of Cullman, Barbara G. Hubbard of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., and Linda G. Harrell of Birmingham; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; and a loving church family.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Mt. View Missionary Baptist Church building fund, the Grand Old Gospel House Missionary Baptist Church at 732 N. Pinehill Road, Birmingham, AL 35217; or your favorite charity.
Edna Stewart McGraw
Funeral services for Edna Stewart McGraw were held on Thursday, March 9, 2006, at Oakmont Memorial Park Funeral Home in Lafayette, Calif., with burial following in Oakmont Memorial Park.

Mrs. McGraw died Sunday, March 5. She was born in Cullman in 1914 to Bertie Euel and Emma Augusta Hoenig Stewart.
Survivors include two daughters, Joyce (Mike) Baxes and Genee (Fadil) Shahin; a son, Roger (Sandra) Law; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters, Gertie Wainwright of Mobile, Ethel King of Cullman and Nellie Crick of San José, Calif.; two brothers, Johnnie (Etta Mae) Stewart of Gardendale and Lonnie (Cotilda) Stewart of Fultondale; and a host of nieces and nephews.
