Annie Doris Ponder Vance
Funeral services for Annie Doris Ponder Vance, 80, of Jones Chapel will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2009, at Nichols Funeral Home Chapel in Addison, the Rev. Samuel Tucker officiating, with burial in Chances Crossroads Cemetery in Jones Chapel.
Nichols Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Vance passed away Sunday, Sept. 6. She was born March 24, 1929, in Cullman.
She was preceded in death by two husbands, J.F. "Bud Ponder and Dennis Vance Sr.; six brothers; and a sister.
Survivors include two sons, Steve F. (Peggy) Ponder and Dan (Patricia) Ponder; a brother, Robert Jones; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
