JoAnn Graham Castleberry
Funeral services for JoAnn Graham Castleberry, 73, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, 2012, at Center Point Baptist Church, the Revs. Daryl Bailey, Dewey Briscoe and Millard Mann officiating, with interment in Center Point Cemetery. She will lie in state from 1 to 2 p.m.
Holly Pond Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Castleberry died Monday, Sept. 17, at her home. She was born in Jefferson County to William Ryan Weeks and Elsie May Noble. She was a teacher for 32 years and was a member of Center Point Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Russell Graham; two sisters, Radihr Faye Luther and Audie Lynne Cramer; and a brother, James Earney Weeks.
Survivors include her husband, F.E. “Gene” Castleberry; three sons, Franklin (Karen) Graham, Bryan Burk (Megan) Graham and Owen (Teresa) Graham; a daughter, Bonnie (Paul) Thweatt; two brothers, Maurice (Arnice) Weeks and Wesley Owen (Ellen) Weeks; a sister, Lucy Irene Fraley; 15 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Lifecare Hospice.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
