Hazel Moore Duke
Funeral services for Hazel Moore Duke, 90, of Cullman will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, Charles Sinyard officiating, with interment in Ebenezer Cemetery in Vinemont.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Duke died Saturday, Sept. 8, at Cullman Long Term Care. She was born Dec. 9, 1921, in Cullman County to David and Annie Wilcutt Houtten.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Howard Moore and I.S. Duke; a brother; three sisters; and her parents.
Survivors include four sons, William “Billy” H. (Doris) Moore, Wayne (Shirley) Moore, Charles “Luther” (Kathy) Moore and Tony E. (Debbie) Moore; and five stepchildren, Monroe Duke, Boyd (Delores) Duke, Delton Duke, Robert (Betty) Duke and Marie (David) Chapman.
Visitation was from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
