Emily Marie Waters
Funeral services for Emily Marie Waters, 80, of Water Valley will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2012, at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel, Bro. Jerry Lake officiating, with interment in Jones Chapel Cemetery.
Cullman Heritage Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Waters died Sunday, June 24, at her residence. She was born Jan. 7, 1932, in Morgan County. She was a devoted homemaker for her late husband and two sons.
She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 63 years, Delmar Ray “D.R.” Waters; her parents, Urban R. Dutton and Lois Sandlin Dutton; and four brothers, Howard Dutton, Ray Dutton, Hollis Dutton and John Dutton.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Waters of Cullman and Gary (Jackie) Waters of Auburn; four grandchildren, Craig Waters and Brandy Gammon, both of Cullman, Levi Waters and Emily Waters, both of Auburn; and three great-grandchildren, Michelle Waters, Noah Gammon and Ethan Gammon.
Visitation was from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
