Funeral services for Robert Lee Kritner, 75, of Blountsville will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26, 2010, at Blountsville Funeral Home Chapel, Bros. Wendell Peterson, Michael Lackey and James Swann officiating, with interment in South Cemetery near Blountsville.
Blountsville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Kritner died Tuesday, Feb. 23, at his residence. He was born in Alabama to Bob and Maggie Gibson Kritner. He was a plant laborer with a poultry company. He was also a member of Pan Creek Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Artis Kritner and Herbert Kritner; and four sisters, Olar Breedlove, Jody Douglas, Gynell Woods and Polly Davis.
Survivors include his wife, Doris L. Cofield Kritner of Blountsville; five daughters, Donna (Mike) Emery of Birmingham, Pat (Johnny) Lynn of Good Hope, Shirley Kritner of Blountsville, Sandra (Scott) Tilley of Gallant, and Rebecca (Jesus) Martinez of Blountsville; three sons, Robert (Dana) Kritner of Hanceville, Timmy (Diane) Kritner of Arab and Gary (Tammy) Kritner of Fairview; four brothers, Earl, Donald Wayne, James and Viney Kritner; 15 grandchildren, Brandy, Kim, William, Jessica, Brittany, Amy, Cody, Brandon, Christina, Isaac, Tyler, Lupe, Kaleb, Zander and Mandy; and 10 great-grandchildren, Allisa, Aspen, Lexie, Megan, Hope, Joy, Johnathan, Breonna, Bella and Sydney; and granddogs.
Pallbearers will be will be B.J. West, Jerry Hamilton, Jamie Tilkings, Jimmy Gillespie and John McCloud.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
