Varsity Boys

‰ Athens 57, Cullman 39:
The Bearcats can now fully turn their attention to spring sports after dropping their sub-regional matchup to Athens on Friday night.

Less than 24 hours after the Golden Eagles took out the Lady Bearcats, Cullman’s boys were looking for some revenge.

Unfortunately for the Black and Gold, it wasn’t meant to be, as the Bearcats came up just one win short of reaching regionals.

Cullman finishes its season with a 19-12 record. The Black and Gold ended the year losing six of its final eight games. That woeful run followed an impressive 11-game winning streak.
